MISSION STATEMENT: TO DISCIPLE OUR CHILDREN TO PROCLAIM THE GLORY OF GOD THROUGH THE PURSUIT OF WONDER, TRUTH, AND VIRTUE.
What we do
- We pursue education filled with wonder, fostering inquiry and joy so that our children will be in awe of our creator, and in turn, worship Him.
- We strive to grow our children in the knowledge of truth, that truth being found in the Holy Bible, so that they will be rooted in the firm foundation of Jesus Christ.
- We seek to nurture in our students virtues like diligence, perseverance, charity, honesty, loving our neighbor and the fruits of the Spirit, so that they will be effective and faithful servants of the Gospel

Fellowship FAQ's
When and where do we meet?
We meet at FBC Mulvane on Thursdays. We begin with a time of worship at 9:00 a.m. and end classes at 12:00 p.m. We encourage families to bring lunches and stay for a time of fellowship and play! We also offer additional electives in the afternoons for middle school and high school students.
Is church membership required to attend?
You do not have to be a member of FBC Mulvane to attend. Preference will be given to members for availability if class sizes are full. We require all families to sign our co-op handbook and statement of faith.
What ages of students are welcome to attend?
We offer classes from elementary all the way through high school. We also offer a PreK/K option for younger siblings of enrolled families.
What types of classes do we offer?
We offer primarily academic classes, with electives added in as well. We aim to partner with homeschooling parents to fulfill academic needs and requirements while supporting fellowship and creativity. Students attend an average of 3-4 classes during co-op.
How long do you meet?
We offer 14 week classes for elementary and middle school each fall and spring semester. High school classes will be 16 weeks, meeting two weeks longer in the fall and starting 2 weeks earlier in the spring.
What is the cost?
Each semester dues will be $100 per family. There is no additional fee per class, but textbooks and workbooks will be an additional cost depending on the class.
How do I enroll?
We will have a shadow day each spring where we encourage new families to attend and plan ahead for the following school year. Applications will be available in April and due in May.
Are parents required to attend and/or serve?
Each family must have a parent present if middle school or younger students are enrolled. Parents are required to serve in classrooms during co-op as teachers, co-teachers, assistants, or subs. High schoolers may attend independently.
Is homework required?
Each teacher and class will follow their own lesson plans. Homework may be required between co-op days, especially for upper level classes. We encourage students to work hard and parents to hold their students accountable to learn and grow together.
Who is the leadership team?
Our leadership team currently consists of Renae Piper, Mikayla Tucker, and Emily Canfield. We are a ministry of FBC Mulvane and sit under the authority of our church and pastors.
