The Bible teaches that parents are the primary disciple-makers in the home. This means that you have a big job that impacts eternity for your kids! Most parents will eagerly agree with us on this reality, but so many struggle with the practical side of parenting. FBCM and 1st Kids Ministry leaders understand the pressure that parents are under in today's culture and want to partner with parents on both the what and the how of gospel-centered parenting. Parents have a big job. We are here for you, and your kids too. Let's raise up disciples of Jesus TOGETHER!

Weekly kids ACTIVITIES

Sundays

9:45-10:45am- Bible Study 

Preschool through 6th Grade

Classrooms in the Gym:

Purple: 1st/2nd Grades

Orange: Preschool/Kindergarten

Green: 3rd/4th Grades

Gray: 5th/6th Grades

Age appropriate bible teaching through the use of Bible storying, crafts, games, and small group discussion. Our curriculum, "The Gospel Project," focuses on the big picture of the Bible and goes through the entire Bible every 3 years. Every Sunday, no matter the lesson, kids will learn how the entirety of scripture is about the gospel of Jesus!  



11:15am- Kids on the Rock (Kids Church)

4 Years Old through 3rd Grade

Dismissed to the back of the sanctuary before the sermon in 11AM service.

Pick up in the gym.

Energetic kid's worship through music, prayer, offering, Bible storying, and games. We reinforce the SAME Bible lesson taught during the Sunday school hour so that kids can dive deeper into God's Word! 





Wednesdays

6:30-7:30pm- 1stKids Kore

4 Years Old through 5th Grade

Meet and Pick Up in the Gym

Learning the "kore" truths of God's Word through the use of catechisms (questions and answers) and scripture memory. Kids will memorize a core truth and scripture every two weeks through activities, music, games, and small group discussion. Children will have the chance to recite their memory work every other week.

WHAT'S HAPPENING THIS SUMMER?

Join us for 10 Weeks of Summer on Wednesday nights throughout the summer. Weekly fun and crazy activities as well as memorizing a longer verse over the course of the season. 




Nursery is available for birth through age 4 on both Sunday morning (8:30am and 11am worship services and 9:45am Sunday school) and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. 

Children will learn about God's Word through Bible storying and activities.

  • Cross Timbers Kids Camp

    Dates: May 31-June 3 (Saturday-Tuesday)

    Ages: Completed 3rd-6th Grade

    Cost: $200 (Some Scholarships Available)


    For four days at Cross Timbers, kids are immersed in the hills of Oklahoma and presented with the gospel at every turn. Whether they are at mission stops, waterfront games, target sports, main rally worship/word, or at the cabin; the gospel is clearly spoken and emphasized. We want camp to be a time when we turn off the noise, unplug the distractions, and simply allow God to speak to their lives. There isn’t a better experience for your kids to make and grow friendships and to also build personal confidence in their relationship with Christ. Our prayer is that some would make that decision to follow Christ for the first time at camp. 


  • VBS "Magnified"

    Date: July 7-11 (Monday-Friday)

    Times: 9AM-NOON

    Ages: 4 Years (as of 9/1/25) thru Completed 5th Grade

    Cost: FREE


    *Family Registration Opens May 1st*

    Magnified! VBS will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify, or proclaim, the greatness of God. God made us, cares about us, loves us, forgives us, and is faithful to keep all His promises to us. We can praise God together! We were made to magnify God!
